Book you 30+ day stay at our spacious 1,200 sqft 2 bedroom condo located on Telluride's Mainstreet! This unit is located on the quiet end of town so you will be centrally located yet be able to enjoy a quiet afternoon relaxing by the fireplace in the living room. This spacious condo is located across the street from Town Park on Telluride's historic main street making it the best possible location for festivals. Walking out the front door you have unobstructed views of the Box Canyon to your left and views of the downtown Telluride to your right. All of the best restaurants and venues are just steps away. Perfect location for skiing and visiting restaurants -catch the free public bus right outside the front door or walk to the ski lifts.

We have the following items to make your stay more enjoyable with infants: a crib, Grayco Pack and Play, crib, high chair , baby gates, memory foam mattress pad for the Pack and Play or crib.

Getting around

This condo is located on Telluride Mainstreet, you will be able to walk out the front door and explore many restaurants, shops and even the park without a car! The free town bus runs by every 15 minutes and they will pick you up right outside on Mainstreet if you prefer not to walk. Many visitors find that they do not actually need a car when visiting because Telluride is so walkable. The free gondola provides easy access to Mountain Village as well.

- No more than 4 guests allowed to rent the unit for 30+day stays
- Security deposit can be used for damages described above.
- Must park in owner's designated parking spots in the #2 space only.
- No parking mobile homes, RVs or trailers in condo parking lot

Payment Policy
To confirm you're booking, you will be required to pay 100% at the time of booking. For extended stays, if you wish to be on a monthly payment plan, please reach out to us and we can set this up for you. We will send you a monthly invoice via Stripe to your email from TellurideVacationHomes and you will be able to follow the link to submit payment.

Refundable Damage Deposit
- Damage deposit can be used for any damages, stains or additional cleanings.
- $500 cleaning fee if pet hair is found in unit (and contract will be terminated).
- $1,000 cleaning fee is smoking determined to be in unit (and contract is terminated).
- Additional cleaning fees for party items such as confetti, cake icing and balloons billed back to you

Cancellation Policy
Strict Cancellation Policy - Cancel anytime and the following 30 days are non-refundable. Only extenuating circumstances qualify for a full refund. Our extenuating circumstance policy follows Airbnb's. Covid is no longer a valid reason for cancellation.
Notes
We recommend getting trip insurance for larger bookings. Trip insurance covers you for medical issues such as sickness, broken bones, surgeries, death in family, etc. Trip insurance may also cover you for bad weather, travel delays, etc. Our cancellation policy does not cover you for these events. COVID is no longer a valid reason for refund, please purchase trip insurance for this.
